GREAT SERVICE

Dear Frank Deluca,

I must thank you for all that you did the help us celebrate our holiday. The kids all had a great time and felt that the drivers tried their best to give them an enjoyable time. I hope the kids all behaved themselves and where respectful.

In addition, I appreciate your personal help over the last two weeks. I must have called you at least once a day to add or change a limo. Furthermore, you personally came three times, out of your way, to the school to pick up the deposits. This made things very convenient for me and I really am thankful for that.

As I saw from the other companies I have used in the past, many limo companies like to mess people over in many different ways, including to change the cars on the customer, or to raise the agreed upon rate. With you everything was as agreed upon. All the cars all showed up early and the price quoted was the price paid. You did not deviate on the original terms in any way. In fact you even threw in some discounts.

Thank You again for everything and I hope to use your service again in the future. I highly recommend your company to others.

Horrible - ruined everything

1. They ruined my wedding on 8/23/08. Small claims judged in my favor on 2/2/09, Frank DeLuca REFUSES to pay the overdue judgment and didn't appeal

2. Frank DeLuca (owner of Cosmopolitan Coach) states that he is not affiliated with EXCALIBUR EXTRAVAGANZA LIMOUSINES, LTD.. THIS IS A LIE... as he is the owner of BOTH companies and simply changed name from Excalibur to Cosmopolitan in 2005. Go to dos.state.ny.us/

and search for both names and you will see both companies have the same address and phone number.
