This letter is long overdue. On behalf of our faculty, students and parents at P.S. 264, Bay Ridge Elementary School for the Arts we would like to thank you for your generous contribution to our end of the year Block Party. It was a great success thanks to your company's generosity. Our goal is to ensure that our children have positive experiences during their time at P.S. 264. Gifts such as yours help bring these wonderful experiences to fruition. We also wanted to take the time to inform you that your company was honored as sponsor of our Block Party, as well, there was a public thank you flyer published. I Always use 1-800-FLOWERS on line to send flowers to my Mother , Best Friends , Very Reliable , Price are OK. Service is Good .

AVOID!. This place got to be kidding me. They are so unprofessional and do not know how to run a business. After having flowers delivered on valentines day i saw only half the order was delivered. The long stem roses didnt have long stems which i will define as 18+ inches. The chocolates were no where to be found and the stuffed animal as well missing. After calling, i got the run around by a person named mae with a bad attitude, she told me to call back at a later time cause no one was there to help. Emailed several times and guess what, no reply. Better off growing your own flowers than shopping here!

THE WORST!!!. I can?t even give them a 1 star rating because their not only the worst their irresponsible. I don?t know if it?s that location to blame or just the company itself, I placed an order for valentines day at quarter to 6 on valentines day I realized still no delivery I called the location to find out the status. They told me they had no record of the order to call the main number for the company, I called them and they asked me every question in the world besides my SS# and still found no order so I called the location back to find out if there was anyway the situation could be corrected for that day first they transferred me to 3 people frank crystal and someone else who knew absolutely positively nothing and then put me on hold for 25 minutes to find out the answer and never came back. Needless to say no delivery or flowers came out of that.
