The Worst People to talk to over the phone!. I wanted to rent a bar for a party, first time calling and the woman that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful! Her mannerism was just nasty. I will never, ever recommend Party Rentals Ltd. to anyone. They need to send their staff to etiquette school to be taught how to address customers in a better way, than the rude obnoxious way they answer the phone!

Horrible experience. I rented some tables and chairs from them.The delivery was hour and a half late. When I called to check up the staff was rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. They said that's the way it was. The furniture delivered was run down, one of the tables had a supporting bar missing to I was afraid to seat guests on that table. The chairs sent were plastic run down chairs while on the website they show fancy padded chairs, so don't be fooled. They are a rip off. Will never recommend to anyone.
