Awful customer service

I made an order and the website offered same day delivery. I thought it was a bit odd since I'm in CA but I thought maybe they had satellite florist who could deliver. I placed my order and about 15 min later I receive a call that they cannot deliver same day and they were going to cancel my order. I told them I can have it delivered at a later date and not to cancel it and he said no and was going to cancel my order. I didn't understand why and he said he could not deliver it to CA for the $9 delivery charge the website indicated.... which by the way is the price the site always charges. I said that was the websites fault then not mine, and I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager and I asked to talk to the owner who and they were over seas. I was appalled that was the kind of customer service they offered and will never use them again. The conversation ended by him telling me he was canceling my order and hanging up on me.
