An upscale florist and very reasonable, Chris and his staff went out of their way to help us during our time of sorrow. Modern florist did all of the flowers for my mother in laws wake and through all of our tears, these flowers actually brought a smile to our family. They were so beautiful and fresh....Could not have asked for better than this. We live in Long Island and knew of this florist from our days from Brooklyn. We only wanted the best, so we went back to Modern florist and boy are we glad we did. Thanks to Chris and his staff for an A+++++++ job!

Awful customer service. I made an order and the website offered same day delivery. I thought it was a bit odd since I'm in CA but I thought maybe they had satellite florist who could deliver. I placed my order and about 15 min later I receive a call that they cannot deliver same day and they were going to cancel my order. I told them I can have it delivered at a later date and not to cancel it and he said no and was going to cancel my order. I didn't understand why and he said he could not deliver it to CA for the $9 delivery charge the website indicated.... which by the way is the price the site always charges. I said that was the websites fault then not mine, and I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager and I asked to talk to the owner who and they were over seas. I was appalled that was the kind of customer service they offered and will never use them again. The conversation ended by him telling me he was canceling my order and hanging up on me.
