fabulous high end event florist. i used castille creations, for my daughter wedding, this past november. it was an incredible experience. the wedding flowers were amazing, the service was great. i couldn't have been more satisfied. this is a high end event florist. do not call them for a cheap $30.00 bouquet. this is not what they do. they do large events, with flowers, props, draping and lighting, if nessecary. they spend hours meeting with you before the event, and even met me at my venue, to help me create the most stunning effect. i can't wait for my next event , so that i can call them again.

disappointing experience. I have to admit, I have seen Castille's work and they do a beautiful job. But their attitude is far from professional. I met with them regarding hiring them for an occasion. They initially "wanted my business" because they were under the impression, and rightfully so, that this was a high profile event. However, upon finding out that there was not as much $$$ in it for them as they had initially thought, they did not even have the decency to call me back to decline my job. I repeatedly called them, but they ignored my calls. I ended up finding out through a third party that they were no longer interested in my job. As good as someone is, if you don't have professionalism, you are worthless. I will never use them and will tell everyone I know.

Obnoxious to deal with. Castille does a beautiful job with innovative floral creations, BUT, their disposition is obnoxious and impossible to deal with. I had seen their work and considered giving them a corporate account. However after several phone calls with them, where i tried to order an arragement for myself, I have decided against giving them ANY account. They are rude, curt, and, obnoxious, as if they are doing ME a favor. I guess they don't need the money. I tried to order flowers and was told, 'We're too busy, sorry." followed my an abrupt hang up. I will never do business with them again.
