It's laughable how bad it is here!!!

A group of us went in for bridesmaids dresses in May for a Nov. wedding. We all picked out dresses on the same day. We have the same designer and color but different styles. She let us know the dress would be in around the begining of September. I started checking on the order right after Labor Day. Every time I would call I would here "The dresses will be in next week" Every week I would call and get the same answer. Finally I get a call in Oct saying the dresses are in. Well to our surprise only 2 dresses came in. We ask where the rest are Kelly told us being shipped from China on a boat. we ask for tracking numbers. She tells us that there are none. We asked to be copied in on the emails she claims to be sending to the manufacturer, she tells us she cant because we could steal her client number. Oh, yes because I've always wanted a job selling bridesmaides dresses. So 2 weeks ago (Friday Oct 30th) she called me to let me know the dresses have hit US soil and will be overnighted to her. Well the call the following Wed (Nov 4th) to ask if the dresses have arrived. She now tells me that the dresses have been stuck in customs. Come on!!! She must think that I fell out of a tree!!! The bride whose wedding is now 2 weeks away has a bridal party with no dresses!!! The bride does some investegating and finds the number to the designer who normally does not speak to customers. Because of the extreame circumstances lets the bride explain what has been happening and not so many words says if the order was placed on time there is no way that this could happen. Well the designer calls Kelly and explains that we have reached out to them becuase of whats going on and asks her side. Well Keyys gives a completely different story. The designer asks that Kelly conference us in to discuss whats going on with the dresses. Kellys says she cant do that. Well I and the bride later geta call back letting us know that the dresses will be here today Tuesday 11/10/09. Well we now here that the dresses will be here Thursday 11/12/09. That would give us a week and 2 days till the wedding!!! if the dresses are not in that day we are screwed because the following week we have stuff to do for the wedding. Kelly acts as if its no big deal and not to worry. Sorry we are going to worry when we dont have dresses a week before the wedding! I've never in my life seen a business person treat their customers the ways Kellys has. Please do no go there!!!!

A great place

I got married about 3 years ago and i ordered my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses , flower girl dresses and mother of the bride dress all from kelly. Everything came in on time and was perfect and exactly what I ordered. Kelly is the most sincere and honest person. She goes over and beyond for you and will do anything to make your day perfect. She is so sweet and friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her, Her staff are the nicest people and help to make your dress fit you perfect. I would go back to Kelly anytime i need a dress and i would recommend her to everyone i know getting married. Kelly is the best and will help your day be perfect just like you want it to be.

Wonderful and friendly

I ordered my Maid-of-honor dress at Kelly's and got nothing but great service. The dress came when she said it would and her staff was helpful and friendly. I was the only member of the wedding party that got my dress here and I ended up paying less for the dress than all the other girls. I will definately go back when I need a dress again!
