DON"T GO TO THIS OFFICE

I will put this office in the hall of SHAME. The staff are disrespectful, not professional at all, lacking customer service. They act like I am a dog and they talk to me in a disrespectful manner. I am a single mom who cant aford medical services for my son.After waiting since 5 months and no reply after fill out my application at this office. I call Human Resources and they said there is no application submitted. (They never submitted my application, I had to pay form my sons doctors visit) I hope people read this and choose not to go there.

I like would like to say the the staff at kings county medicaid office isn't polite at all,rude and not professional.I am a pregnant woman that is trying to get medical attention and getting it is difficult to get with my previous pregnany i didn't have this problem i went to one on fourth ave the everyone was helpful even the security officer.I should of went there again,i am still waiting to get medicaid and medical attention at maybe 4 months pregnant.
