Great Flower Shop!. Good prices, nice designs.
Horrible ER Service.
I was at this hospital's ER on 10/06/2011 and I must say I was very underwhelmed by the lack of concern and attention being paid to the patients along with the inability to provide information in a timely fashion. The nurses / caregivers all seemed to be on break as they stood in a huddle of 8 looking at pictures on a digital camera of a nurse who had just returned from vacation for approximately twenty minutes. However, they kept peeking behind the curtain to see if I was sitting on the bed of the patient.
The next day we were given a follow up appointment in an office of at least 100 ppl in the waiting area. We decided to leave as the front desk person told us the wait to see the dr for our appointment would be at least three hours.
We decided to request our medical records from teh B building as instructed so we could find a better hospital and were informed that the medical records had not yet been entered into the system because the ER staff hadn't gotten around to it and to check back in three weeks. I feel that if they actually worked while at work opposed to sharing pics on company time that maybe this important information could;ve been updated into the system.
If you have an option in hospitals, please stay away from this one as their priorities are not first.
AMAZING WORK!. My friends were speechless when they received these beautiful arrangements. It's not often that you take a chance on a recommendation and receive such fantastic results.
The Kings County Hospital Center one of the largest, in NYC. The Kings County Hospital Center one of the largest, most prestigious hospitals in New York, with 600 beds & giving medical care to 100,000 patients yearly, should be accorded respect. Dedicated professionals who save the lives of thousands of people yearly.
Excellent Floral Arrangements. I ordered flowers and the owner delivered them himself after hours! Excellent customer service. Nice selection of exotic flowers!
Steer Clear if You Have a Psychiatric / Emotional Illness.
This hospital had a bad reputation for questionable care back in the 70s, and it looks like things haven't changed in the interim: just today, to was reported a 49 yeard-old woman died waiting for care in the psychiatric emergency room and the surveilance cameras showed no one checking her for over an hour. This is after she went into seizures, fell off her chair and died.
Do yourself a favor and have a list of hospitals in your wallet/purse you wish to be sent to in case of an emergency, especially a psychiatric one. Your life may depend on it.
Kings County let a psychopath escape. They let a psychopath escape yesterday. Now who do you think the sociopath is harrassing now. What's worse, before they let the psycho go, they told the family that based on MY interview, they would make a determination about whether the psycho would be required to stay. The entire family called me telling me that I had to get the psycho out. But I knew the psycho really needed help. Now the person is out. Thanks Kings County!
