More interested in making money than helping patients. I had an appointment to see the doctor (Goddard)...I had my appointment card to show I had an appointment. However, "it wasn't in the computer" so the doctor refused to see me. He would not even give me a minute of his time to apologize...just sent one of his staff members to tell me he "doesn't see patients without appointments". I was given a choice of seeing his much less experienced associate or come back another day when I "actually would have an appointment."

After a long hassle, I agreed to see the associate. I had taken several tests and really wanted to get the results. When I was about to leave, the doctor (Goddard) was seeing vendors. He had time for them but not a patient!!!

I am looking for a new rheumatologist. I have never been treated with so little respect and so little regard for me as a person.
