very frusterating to get appt. I rarely write reviews, but I was so frustrated with how they handled my appointments and treated me when I went there that i felt I had to. I saw Dr. Alexis Granite who was great, but the I was appalled by the receptionist who sat there on the phone cursing and chatting away without looking up at me, then when i called for a follow up, SEVERAL TIMES, she just said "sorry. we can't see you for months. try back later i guess." really too bad that someone like that can totally degrade the center.
