I don't know what is going on with this restaurant? I saw mice everywhere. The previous Indian res that occupied the same space had the same exact problem. The tikki masala was OK but could have been better and service was real slow here. My brother and I couldn't finish the meal we took the rest of the order to go that's how grossed out we felt coming all the way from sunset park to deal with this crap.

This probably the worst Indian restaurant in the heights, it took a while for the server to come to our table to take our order. The menu was limited and very expensive with a rat problem. I saw quite a few of them running past tables grossed me out tried to use the bathroom real filth hole.

I remember this restaurant being something else a while back. The menu didn't work then and it wont work now. It is like before a very small menu with limited choices and vast prices expensive place and its not even kept clean the majority of the time. The server sat me at a table with some garbage underneath it discovered a few rats inside the place as well really gross. I tried to like this restaurant because it was renovated nice but unfortunately it is not runned right. I tried to eat my soup and 2 flies were swarming around it not a good experience am afraid.

Harrowing eating experience. Call it wasteland palace never seen a store runned this badly before. The chicken was not that good and the place is not clean saw a few rats run past my feet. I tried to use the ladies room and found three dead water bugs really disturbing. The check for me and my boyfriend came out to a really expensive deal close to $60 for two of us never encountered such a nightmare would rather go to Balucci's on 46 Henry st better store cleaner with better prices and a better lunch menu then this dump. We both will not return believe me this is just a rat and roach infested store.

over priced and water bug problems. I really wanted to like palace but it was difficult considering the following issues. The menu was monumentally over priced and when I went to use the mens room found 4 water bugs on the floor. The waiter that served me that night was not attentive and sort of rude. I don't know how they stay open they have quite a bit of issues with this place. I also found a water bug under neath by table which really grossed me out.

ridiculously expensive and bad deliver service. I come to a friend of mines house to hang out on occasion we wanted to try out some Indian food so we call for delivery. It took a while for the guy to finally arrive to our building when he did get in he looked lost after we buzzed him and asked him whats up? He replies got off on different floors because didn't know where you were. It appears the person who took the order did not write down the apt number common sense should tell you call the apt-phone number cant wonder around while we are waiting. I look at there menu after we ate and saw that prices were really up there. I remember when this was Amin res guess they had to raise prices up. I wish Amin could come back there prices were cheaper and better service as far as delivery is concerned, thing that really annoyed me was the guy didn't say sorry for messing up the Del and not knowing where he was suppose to go sorry cant do business that way.

least favorite restaurant in the heights. I ate here when they had there grand opening in late Sept.My step dad and I ordered chicken with red wine, despite the fact that we were promised free rice pudding after the meal which was supposed to be part of a promotion. we discovered when the check came we were charged 5 bucks each. That wasn't the only thing that disappointed our evening the chicken was over cooked and burned on the bottom. We had difficulties getting extra napkins and glasses of water waiter was nowhere to be found. I wanted to give the store another try by coming back for lunch one sat afternoon with a few friends guess what I found a roach running around the store decided to say have a good afternoon and not come back.

over cooked and very pricy. I remember coming to dine here with friends when this was called amin, sometimes it was OK but there were alot of things that went wrong, noticed the same things when the restaurant reopened under the new name Gandhi palace. My fresh shrimp was over cooked and kind of hard.I switched over to the shrimp shag which too me over 20 min to get. The prices really got exorbitant it cost me 25 bucks for two people. I try to use the bathroom felt grossed out and left noticed a few water bugs crawling around. This was a bad eating experience here.

the problems got worse including the roaches and service.. I cant wait til they open the new place near my friends house on 46 Henry street. I remember before they restructured this place and opened under another name the same problems still occurred.Tonight really took the cake we sat at a table and it took a while to get our order, to top it off the waiter messed up our order three times. My friend asked for the check and it took over 15 min to get it and to make matters worse the roach problem is still there it seems that what neighbors have told me is true who live on the block that they had this problem with Amin as well. I will not be back will go to Raga on 142 Smith st and wait for the new place on Henry st to open near my friends place sorry.

nothing beats raga on smith st. I dined here with my family last weekend, tried to like the food but it was difficult considering the exorbitant prices for very tiny portions of food.

There was also a very bad smell in there, family and I prefer raga on smith st any day better selection better store.
