Horrible work and attittude

This cobbler is extremely rude and non-accomodating! He replaced the elastic in my slingbacks with something that didn't match, and the raw edges of the leather he cut were exposed with the glue - he used a black marker to cover it up. Do not go here for anything more than a simple polish! Horrible craftsmanship, he should be embarassed giving me back such a shoddy piece of work.

He offered to give me my money back only if he could cut the straps off - giving me back a butchered pair of shoes.

• Pros: Ok job doing polish
• Cons: Chop shop for shoes!
