CROOKS!!!! Do not Shop for your bridal party at this place. Our wedding party placed an order for bridesmaid dresses on March 30th 2012 and was told that our dresses would be in by July. The wedding is 4 days away and our dressed were not made available until yesterday! 2 of the 4 brides made dresses need alterations and of course with 4 days left you have NO CHOICE but to let Kelly take care of that for an additional Fee of 50 dollars or more!!! These people are crooks! The service is excellent the day you walk in abd as soon as your deposit is down you can forget about quality service. I believe they intentionally deceive good customers in order to profit. A Quality business would have offered alterations at no charge for the inconvenience of having to receive your dress less than a week before your wedding. And another note The Bride is just getting her Dress today after the shipment was miraculously rushed! What Crooks. I guess they figure a wedding is a once in a lifetime event and once they have your money they have control. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!

Great experience. Ordered my prom dress here and it was beautiful. Ran into an incident were 3 other girls had the same dress as me, Kelly told me i could chose another dress from the jovani line and they'll handle the rest. During this they told me that I was beautiful and would be stunning in the dress no matter what. So I kept the dress and and had an amazing prom.

i want to start off with saying they have amazing service. All the girls are very sweet and patient! my experience over all was just great!!!! loved my bridesmaid dress!!! kelly is very caring and does everything to work with u no matter how hard the task is. we ordered our dresses really close to the date of the wedding and she did it all in prefect timing!!!! love her would go to her for all my future occasions!!!

Kelly and her staff are kind and helpful people. They will not sell you a dress that will look bad on you. The staff is super attentive and they definitely know what they are doing. I love the graduation gown I bought from Kelly Kreations. I was very late to place my order and Kelly still was able to get it shipped in time while keeping the price in my budget! I wouldn't have been as happy anywhere else. I recommend this bridal salon to everyone!

Worst experience ever!. I ordered my sister's maid of honor dress for my wedding. I had requested that the dress be rush ordered and I was told that it would arrive my mid April by the store owner herself. After placing my order in January, I called a week later to cancel the order because I heard bad things from a few family members and friends that the store had a bad reputation. I called the store to see if I could get my cash deposit back, but they told me no it was against store policy. I waited for the dress hoping that everyone was wrong and everything would be fine. I called in April to check the status of my dress. The owner told me that she didn't want to rush order one dress because that was "crazy" and it would instead be in May. I called May 1, 2012, which was the date I was told the dress would be in, which is still wasn't. I was then told that the dress would be in May 8,2012. When I called I was told the dress "was in" and I then set up a date to come in on May 12, 2012. When I arrived at the store I was told that the dress wasn't in and there was nothing they could do. Now it is weeks before my wedding and my sister (maid of honor) has no dress. The store told me that it is the company's fault and that all of their dresses have shipped out late. This I know isn't true because I ordered two other dresses from the company in February and received them in April at another store because I had bad feelings about this store after ordering my sister's dress. I was spoken to very nastily and was told "well I don't know what you want me to do about it" by the store owner Kelly herself. Very unprofessional. I was told to call the maker myself. As my sister and I left the store, my sister asked for her shoes that she brought in the shoebox with her back, and one of the employees there threw them at her. Luckily, she is fine and caught the box. We received our money back, but now still have no dress and are stressed.

Will take your money and give you nothing in return. They really are thieves. Have had my wife's wedding dress for over a year now and will not return it, always coming up with new excuses as to why they can't return it. There are several other reviews just like this one on here and other places. Save yourself the trouble don't go here. We are now forced to take them to court.

Smooth experience. I decided to go to Kelly's for my bridesmaid dresses. I've heard some horror stories like you will anywhere else but I heard good things too. It was close by and it carried the dress I wanted for my bridesmaids for less than some other places. We had nothing but a great and smooth experience. Kelly is friendly and was nice to work with. She seems always busy but always called me back within a day or two. People need to be patient! Anyways, I would definitely recommend Kelly's Kreations. =)

Say I Do !. Kelly's Kreations is the best place to find your bridal gown. After my sisters wedding last year I knew we would be back to find my dress. After 7 dresses I found my perfect one. You always feel important when you go in to see Kelly. Anna and Angela who work so hard behind the scenes are amazing. My dress fit perfectly and was ready when they said it would be. Kelly is such a warm person. You will not be disapointed when you go to see her. Thank you Kelly for giving my family another wonderful bridal experience! -stephanie
