Really Good :D. I used them for my prom dress and they were great in finding it and getting it in plenty of time. They gave us a pretty good price, and they treated me as if I had been there before, which I have not been. They're old school Italians and they certainty know what they're talking about.

Awesome place. I have been to kellys for a lot of occasions besides my wedding and I absolutely loved it Kelly is a sweetheart and her staff made me feel at home thank you for always being so nice and doing a beautiful job .

Better than Kleinfelds!. I originally fell in love with my dress in Kleinfeld, N.Y. They told me the dress with alterations would be $4000 plus. I simply could not afford it and had to walk away from the perfect dress. A friend of mine told me to go to Kelly's a mom and pop wedding salon. By coincidence the dress I tried on at Kleinfelds was in Kelly's window. The place was full of customers, yet Kelly kindly asked how I can be helped. The ladies in the store stripped the manikin and I tried it on. It was perfect, and the price was even better- $1200!!!! The same dress for so much less. I ordered the dress and patiently waited for its arrival. When it finally came in, I lost a whole size from the wedding stress. Now, the dress was too big on me. Kelly knew that she had to do something. She made several phone calls to the designer, and within 1 week my new size was delivered! Kelly and her ladies are life savers, and they made me look perfect. The fittings were a breeze too! She has amazing patience and really tries to satisfy every bride. Everyone still tells me how gorgeous I looked. Thank you Kelly and staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kelly's Kreation. I had my prom on May 18, 2011. I went in and showed Kelly which dress I wanted and it came within weeks. They measured me and the size they ordered fit me perfectly with just a little bit of alterations needed on the bottom. My dress was originally strapless but after I asked they took the material from the bottom and made them into straps. I had nothing but positive experiences whenever I went into Kelly's. This was actually the second time I went to her for a dress, the first being in 8th grade back in 2007. I will always go back to her and can only hope she will be there when I get married! I would recommend her to all of my friends.

Great Experience. After reading the mixed reviews I approached the place with caution. I found the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding at a great price. I was very confused about what I wanted, and the dress Kelly suggested for me turned out to be that perfect one! The staff was very friendly and responsive. Because of the mixed reviews I told them the wedding was three weeks earlier than it actually was, which turned out to be totally unnecessary. Since I didn't want to keep the dress in my house for close to a month I had to fess up at the end, but it was no problem. I would definitely recommend Kelly's.

Kelly's Creations definately makes dreams come true!!!. We went to Kelly"s Ceations to buy a wedding dress for somone that was going to get married in another country. We needed to have the dress within a week. She was leaving the US the following week and need to take the dress with her. Kelly made it possible!!!!!!! Not only did she get the dress for us the very next day (brand new with tickets) in the size we needed she also gave us am AMAZING price!!! She was very caring and sympathetic to our needs. She even had our alterations rushed so that the bride was able to go home with her wedding dress. While shopping for the bride i asked Kelly about a dress i have been looking for. She ordered my dress and gave me the best deal!!! Thank you!! We will never forget your kindness!

I would recommend this bridal salon not only to brides but to everyone. Great selections and great staff!

I am soo happy that I i decided to go and order my sweet sixteen gown from Kelly's. Within 4 months my dress was in and she made my dreams come true to have the most amazing dress for my sweet sixteen! When I went around trying to order my dress in such short notice no one was able to make sure my dress was going to be in before my party, Kelly made sure it was! The service was phenomenal!!! Alterations were perfect! When i walked into my party my family and friends couldn't believe was a gorgeous gown i was wearing! I also recently got my dress for my uncles wedding this march at Kelly's ! I 100% recommend you to go to Kelly"s Creations and get your gowns she will make you feel like a princess ! Thank You Kelly Creations for making my day perfect!

The best experience ever!!. I am so thrilled and couldn't be happier!! I went to Kelly's Kreations last summer with my mom (who lives in Florida), my mother-in-law and younger sister to look for dresses. I had one gown in mind, but when Kelly saw me in it, she smiled and told me that although every bride is beautiful, (she was trying to be kind), that she wanted me to try on another dress. Well, when I put the gown on, I began to cry. It was the exact opposite of what I had originally envisioned, but once I saw myself in it, I knew immediately that it was “the” gown. My mom cried, my mother in law started bawling. Looking back, it was comical. BTW, the gown was less money than the one I went in for. Talk about honesty.

My mom, who lives in Florida, was going to buy her dress there, but after meeting Kelly and her family, she fell in love. We bought everything from Kelly and the gowns came in earlier than we expected. My gown is gorgeous and after some alterations, and a few fittings, my gown fits me like it was custom made. My mom insisted that Kelly do the alterations on her gown, but since my mom would only be here during the Christmas Holiday when Kelly was closed for vacation, I was concerned that we would have to wait until today (my mom flew in for the wedding) to have the first fitting and my wedding is just two weeks away. Kelly wouldn’t have it. She opened the store in December during a snow storm just to have my mom do a fitting. My mom is tiny and then I was concerned that the gown would never fit her well, Kelly assured me not to worry. I couldn't help it!! I am a bride and I knew she wouldn’t be back again until today. Well, I worried for no reason at all!! My mom went in for her second fitting this afternoon and the dress was completely done and it fits her perfectly!! I can’t wait for my wedding day and I never thought that I would have ever received the wonderful treatment as I did. Kelly and her family are THE BEST!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!. I do NOT reccomend this bridal salon! They are very sweet to you when you come in but the sad truth is that they aren't. I ordered my dress in March and the wedding was in November, she told me the dress should be in and ready for a fitting by September so I called in September and she tells me no the middle of Sept then I call and to my surprise she says the end of Sept, this lie went on until Nov. She didn't feel the need to put my dress as a priority because I payed her in full. November comes around and still no site of the dress and I have no idea what it looked like or how it fit, so I got exteremly fed up and sent a family memeber over to see what was going on and Kelly told us the dress was in the store but when my family memeber got there, no dress in site. Two weeks till the wedding and still no dress. She sends me the dress 3 days before the wedding!! And I live out of state! The dress comes in and the bodice fits but the shoulders are HUGE, as soon as I rushed to the seamstress and show her the malfunction she tells me that this dres wasn't ordered to my size!! IT WAS HER SAMPLE DRESS FROM THE STORE THAT WAS MADE SMALLER TO MY SIZE WHICH WAS WHY THE SHOULDERS WERE SO HUGE!! Why did it take her so long to get me the dress if it was at the store all along and it wasn't my own?! Why did I pay 1900 for something used?! The dress didn't even have tags!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE! TAKE IT FROM ME! I'M SURE IF SHE READS THIS SHE'LL KNOW EXACTLY WHO THIS IS! HORRIBLE SHOP AND PEOPLE!
