What a terrible place

A few weeks back we came there for a physical and get a medical form. There was a very long wait. A/C is running full speed and it is freezing in the office. When we asked them to turn it down a little bit, the response was that because they have some bl00d samples there it HAS to be cold in the office.

Finally we got to see the doctor. After a series tests, physical -- we were given a clean bill of health.

After we were done we had to leave the form and call in a few days to "schedule" a pick up. We were home 15 min later. Our son did not look too good and took his temperature - he had 103 fever. Doctor simply missed it.

As far as form goes, it's been over a week and still "form is not ready" because they are "very busy".

What a terrible experience.

nasty staff

i used to be a patient of dr. santilli's. there was always at least a 45 min wait, which is stantard i guess, but the staff at the desk was always very rude and nasty with my mother. recently i called to get my immunization records and the woman dawn was very nasty and unaccomodating and wouldn't even look to see if they still had my records. by nys regulation they are required to keep my records for 7 years, she said they throw them out after 5 years. i would not recommend taking your child to this facilty
