Terrific outfit to work with. An oil-to-gas conversion is a big ticket item -- which made me very nervous. Erik and all the other team members went out of their way to give me all the information I needed. When unexpected problems cropped up -- yikes, the house's chimney diameter was too small! -- Erik responded to weekend emails to make sure the chimney people, a separate company, used the correct specs. A lot of people worked on this project, and without exception everyone showed up on time, did their job right, and cleaned up beautifully. Aladdin Plumbing & Heating is a model of how to run a business: smart, honest, and local.

Good experience with persisting with a boiler. We have used Aladdin for many small plumbing issues for years and we just decide to install a new boiler with them. They were very professional and timely about the installation, but due to no fault of theirs, the boiler had many follow-up problems. The owner of Aladdin was incredibly responsive -- including answering emails well after business hours to help us out. It's easy for a professional to do a good job when there are NO problems, but Aladdin went beyond the call of duty when there were problems, and this was truly exceptional service. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a new boiler or for smaller projects as well!

highly recommended. I used Aladdin Plumbing to install and new energy efficient boiler system in my Brownstone. They spent a long time before they even had the job talking to me and figuring out how to install the system in a way that would work in my house. They have always been very responsive, showed up when they said they would, and the new system works great. This was a significant project, but their quote was very comparable to other companies with less experience with these systems.

These Guys Were Great!!!!. THESE GUYS COULDNT HAVE BEEN BETTER!!!! From the calling of the office to the technicians they send. Work is well worth what you pay. Thank You. There are still quality companies out there!!!!

Horrible people to do businss with.. I put one star to get this listed, honestly, I would give them a negative ranking, not for their work but for their management attitude. They did some work in my home, and the problem reoccured 10 days later. When I called them again to tell them this and ask them to come back, they offered to send out a technician immediately, but I asked to speak to a manager. It took me three tries to get a manager on the phone. When I asked for the manager's name, I was given the run around, until he finally said his name was Michael. I again asked for the last name and was told that was his last name. When I then asked for his first name, he said his name was Michael Michael Jr. I asked for his license number and was told it was on the receipt. It isn't, the number on the receipt is a partial, and you have to be diligent to look it up at the Board of Master Plumbers. Turns out the company doesn't have a plumber's license, the license belongs to Amer A. Aladdin, who I presume is at least a 10% owner of the company. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. NO ONE SHOULD CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THIS MANNER.

Dependable plumber. These guys are a bit pricy, but they get the job done. They show up when they say and they absolutely seem to know what they're doing. Expect to pay $150 for them to say hello, but they have tracked down and fixed major problems that others have screwed upo.
