I am a frequent customer at Coach on 57th street. The selection and service is worth the wait. It is always busy at this location because of their product and service. I was a customer of their 85th and Madison location but their service caused me to go elsewhere. Their sales staff is not friendly at all! Their flagship store is quite the opposite! The 57th street location has highly trained professionals that have been working there for years. This is why their sales staff is outstanding! Highly recommend!
