Unprofessionalism at its best. Why even bother to advertise online for online appt. when the stylist doesn't check them or show up to the salon. Value your time? Several times I've visited this place. Aren't you supposed to have your supplies on hand? Who goes out to the store, without informing their half-done client, to buy their supposedly 'specialty' razor?
