A mixed experience. At first, a lady hastily ushered me into a shower and sauna (the steam room was out of order). After that I had a good, but intense shiatsu massage (make sure you like shiatsu, it can be painful when they work the knots). The doors will be wide open during your massage. There is a room with heated floors which is pleasant, but not amazing like others have said. At the end, I was floored when I paid the receptionist, plus tip, and she announced that my tip was not sufficient. For that reason alone, I will find another spa in the future. I was skeptical of the "eastern" stuff the therapist told me (ex: you have a perfectly shaped ear, which means you will have lots of money in life.) Maybe when my ship comes in I will have enough money to overtip the staff!

They demanded a tip even before giving me a chance to take out my money. Upon paying they unilateraly decided to keep my change as additional tip. That was my first and last time there.
