GREAT, FAIR & HONEST! I have been driving my Cadillac Deville for quite a few years now. I have also been looking for the perfect repair shop and I finally found it with Z P Auto.

Whenever I took my car elsewhere, I always felt that I did not get a fair shake. But, with Z P Auto you know you are not going to get the run around. Gus takes the time out to explain what needs to be done and he shows you everything he has done to ensure your car is running like new, with no hidden costs or extras. When you bring your car to Z P, you know that you are not going to pay for un-needed repairs. I was shocked at how little I was paying for the type of job that was done. Not only that. But, they stand behind their work 100%. I live in Manhattan and it was more than worth it to take it over the bridge to Brooklyn. Both Elayne and Gus run a great shop and you can rely on them to do right by you. I have no reason to take my car any place else. TWO THUMBS UP! Plus, 5 STARS!

The Best. I've been bringing my business van's here for many years and they have always treated me with the utmost of care. Not only do they fix it qucikly, but the price is always great as well. They never fix anything without calling me first and they show me everything they did after they fixed it. I couldn't be happier, I do miss them in Manhattan but it's only 5 mins into Brooklyn and I'm happy to follow them.

New Address, Same Great Service. Found ZP years ago and have been the best service for my old Nissan to my new(er) VW Golf. Their new address is almost more convenient, no parking issues etc. when dropping off en route to work. Recently they changed oil and routine service (as mandated by VW) while waiting. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!

Bum Steer. They charged me $343.53 to replace a starter. The next week my car wouldn't start again. I needed a new battery and probably never needed a new starter. Also they wanted $800 to replace my strust. The real problem was a stabilizer bar that I got fixed for less than $100 elsewhere. Find an honest mechanic.

Found this one at CBS Yellow Pages. I stumbled on shop looking for one on CBS Yellow Pages and then I found it here and wanted to give it a review. CbsYellowPages did not have a review option. Anyway, the service was great. The people were nice and most important they were very reasonable with price. It is about time to find a shop that would not rip me off....

Why would you go anywhere else?!. I was tired of getting the run around from other repair shops. I went to so many awful places and wished I would have discovered this hidden Manhattan gem sooner. I called and they got me in promptly and had my car fixed in the same day..same morning ! Just like they said it would. The quote they gave me was accurate and more than fair for Manhattan. Elyane and the rest of the staff are such a pleasure to work with!

Reliable, fair, highest quality. For regular service or in pinch, this is the goto place. Gus, Elayne and their staff have decades of experience. They stay in business because they provide quality care quickly and will not rip you off. In the rare instances when something cannot be done in their shop (e.g., certain body work or an unusual and immediate tire requirement), they will promptly get you to someone who can provide the service consistent with ZP's quality standards. As the years have gone by I have gone from Chevy to Mazda to Audi and ZP has worked with them all and kept up with all the technological advances that come with these varied makes. The NYU/Village location almost makes you want to have a reason to come in and drop the car off for service.

The only place i take my 67!. i have a 1967 coronet, been to countless mechanics and only until i found Gus has me car been running the way i should be. His knowledge and passion for his work truly shined in turning my car to the vintage machine it was meant to be. I would find this man going far beyond what he was paid for just to make sure it ran better than my expectations.

Best of The Best. Ok, so you are saying what makes ZP so great? Well #1.. they don't rip you off.. #2..they do what they say.. #3..

they won't work on your car until they go over what is needed with you...they are without a doubt the best in

New York!!!! ...If you are a car owner, this one is a no brainer....
