Unprofessional and deceitful business!!. I would not recomend for anyone to buy from here!!

My husband and I purchased our complete dining room, living room and bedroom set from Venecia furniture located in the ozone park/ cypress hills area. A month after our purchase, the swivel love seat got damaged from someone simply sitting on it! We called the sales person who originally sold the chair to us and who had clearly explained the "one year warranty for damages policy" but instead of him going through the proper warranty claims procedure he told us to call a laborer from Ashley company, who he knows, and after he fixed the chair he would then call Ashley to pay for it, so we did as he told us. But when it came time to pay HE TURNED ON US and said we had to pay!! Claiming that we broke the chair on purpose!! Meanwhile the laborer clearly stated that the nails used on the chair were to weak; being the reason why the chair broke. And the owner of the business, who turns out is the sales persons brother, had absolutely nothing to say on the matter!

This is the worst experience I've ever endured as a consumer and I strongly recomend no one to purchase from these deceiving unprofesionals!!! FOUR THUMBS DOWN FROM MY HUSBAND AND I FOR VENECIA FURNITURE!!
