Great Green Cleaning and Maid Service

This Working Mom's New Love!. I think I'm in love with my floors!!! Maria, from Great Green Cleaning, did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my floors, and my condo is a much more comfy space since then. I keep the condo neat and clean, for the most part... but with a one-year-old, as well as a fairly new job, and a hubby who works nights, I feel as though I am on-call, working around the clock (work at the office in the daytime on weekdays, and working on mommy-duty throughout the evenings and weekends)... sometimes, a girl just wants to kick her feet up, breathe, and relax. I sought out a cleaning company that would use products that are safe for myself and my family, and I got much more... I got wonderful customer service from Mary, via telephone (and she called me the very next day after I submitted a request for info, via GGC’s website, at nearly midnight)... I also got wonderful service from Maria, who was very attentive to the service request, which indicated that I wanted special attention paid to the floors because, these days, my one-year-old spends lots of time on the floors. Words cannot describe how wonderful the floors look and feel, and it's great to know that no harmful chemicals were used to achieve that great result. Maria cleaned the kitchen wonderfully, including a hard-to-clean pot that had been sitting there soaking, awaiting a clean... she insisted that she clean it, and clean it she did :) My bedroom, which I hadn't dusted in a while, was dusted nicely, and the bathroom was cleaned very well. Even the baseboards are wonderfully clean! I am very comfortable in my home right now, and I thank God and Great Green Cleaning for this! When I walked through the door after work, after Maria had cleaned and had already been gone for hours, there was a light fresh scent throughout my home, and that was just beautiful! It's all about the simple things in life! Thank you for allowing this working mom to kick her feet up and relax :) …

Happy with the cleaning services. I arranged my appointment with Russell, who was perfectly friendly and efficient on the phone. And, importantly for me, when he did try to sell a recurring cleaning service to me after my Groupon cleaning, DID NOT act pushy or become rude when I declined (only because it's a luxury I can't afford regularly).

Glenda was the cleaner who came to my apartment. She was early but asked my permission to come on in and was happy to wait if I preferred. We started early (not a problem) and she was efficient, worked hard, and wasn't put off by my dog OR by working around my clutter. She did what she was hired to do, did it well, no muss no fuss. We did chat, but she wasn't distracted nor did she disturb me when I was occupied. [My last cleaning experience with A DIFFERENT agency was unpleasant (the cleaner was 1/2 hour late, spent 80% of this time on his phone discussing family drama loudly, worked slowly, and was super chatty when not on the phone, complained about his wages to me, etc) so GLENDA was a very pleasant change.] I definitely would recommend this company. …

The Best!. Kind, Considerate, Understanding and Trustworthy. They do a great job cleaning.... but not only that, but you can trust them in your apartment alone and things won't walk out the door. Where else are you going to find sevice like that? …

Great cleaning services. I have been very happy with the services I have received from Great Green Cleaning, I started using them about a half a year ago. The cleaners are professional and good at what they do, one of them spent an HOUR cleaning my bathroom (no, I am not a slob, it just needed a good all-over clean). The are nice but not too nosy. If anyone ever finished earlier than the allotted time I had paid for, they asked me what other things might need to be worked on to fill the time. A representative always got back to me each time after the cleaning to ask me how things went, which was great. I schedule my cleanings according to when I need them, which is about bi monthly and I never feel like they are pressuring me to use their services more. I recommend them. Yes, it may seem like $40/hr is up there, but we live in NYC, that's a fair rate! …
