Ordered a dryer and HDS guys came to house over an hour late. When they came, we told them how to take the old dryer out of the basement, they wouldn't listen and we were told to have the frame on the basement door removed. They put the old dryer back in the basement and put the new dryer in the garage, and they told us they had to go, as the holiday (Rosh Hashannah) was starting and we can call back to reschedule. They didn't write on the receipt that it was only delivered, not installed and now the store where I brought it (EBA) won't take the return until the paperwork shows it was never installed.
I found the installers, rude and unprofessional. We explained how the dryer got into the basement (it was turned to it's side) but the guys didn't want to listen. Were in a rush to get off of work early. If they wanted to leave early, then why bother to schedule delivery hours before the holiday started.
Installers should have marked on the receipt what happened. Now I have to chase them down to get this sorted out.
