Great food and finally good service. Hottest 86 shabu shabu is a restaurant that recently opened up. They are an all you can eat shabu shabu buffet at an affordable price.

Shabu shabu is a form of Japanese variant hot pot with different soup base. On top of the soup base you get raw sliced meat, vegetable, and seafood to be boiled in the soup base. Each individual gets a station where their soup base is being boiled. They refill your soup base pot every now and then and let me tell you, their service was superb when I was there.

If Shabu shabu is not for you, then you can try their Hong Kong style dishes. When I was there, I tried their baked rice and their spaghetti. Their dishes were comparable to some of the good restaurants in Hong Kong.

Their service was the best out of all the restuarants that I have been to including some of the more expensive restaurants. The manager himself would greet every customer. On notable event was that my sister ordered curry spaghetti. My sister just had a bite and because it was too hot for her she couldn't have another. Believe me, their hotness is comparable to some of the good hot thai foods or indian foods out there. So the manager came over and told my sister that they would make another dish for her with lesser amount of hotness on his own account without us even telling them. What I see is that they really care about their customers and want their customers to eat high quality food. The manager is very approachable and friendly. All the staffs are always smiling and polite. They would greet you and make sure that everything was fine.

The interior restaurant is also very interesting. The walls are covered in bright colors like orange which makes a good bright scenery. The restaurant is also very accessible because it is right under the D and M train. If you take the D and M train to Bay Parkway, it will drop you right in front of the restaurant.

Finally they also have a second floor for big parties and celebration. The manager was very kind to allow us to take a look at their second floor. The second floor is set up like the first floor with a build in hot pot at each station except they have a karaoke there which my sister was very interested in. My sister wants to celebrate her birthday there so we'll see how that goes.

This is my first review and is the only restaurant I took time to write a review for because of its extraordinary service and good food. My friends and I are going to dine in again very soon. I recommend this restaurant 100%. It also might be something new for people who have not tried shabu shabu yet.
