BKc has been getting it right since 2006, stocking their house brand of tongue-in-cheek varsity sweaters and hip styles of button-ups, wingtips and hi-tops, natty caps and neckwear. Improving Online Customer Sevice. The Brooklyn Circus has provided me with the worst customer service I've experienced in years. I've read that the in store service they provide is great, but their online service leaves something to be desired. They are non-communicative and basically unhelpful. I purchased a hat and selected a size small after several unanswered e-mails inquiring about the sizing of the hat. After calling the store to inquire about sizing, since the e-mails were never answered, the person who answered the phone told me there was a size chart on their web site. Not the case. So, I took a chance and ordered the small, but I also measured my head and gave them those measurements as well in the comments section of the PayPal payment screen and requested whatever size fit those measurements. I ordered the hat the day before Thanksgiving and almost two weeks later the hat still hadn't shipped. I sent several e-mails inquiring about my shipment that went unanswered. So, I threatened to escalate to PayPal and finally received a BS answer that it was shipped, but the label was ripped off and it had to be reshipped. When I finally received the hat it was too small and I contacted them the next day to receive a return authorization to exchange it for a medium. I have yet to receive that authorization. Several more e-mails have been ignored. I really wanted to support this brand because they offer a great product, but given this type of treatment I can't in good conscience continue to support them.

Update: My issue was resolved and Ouigi personally contacted me to make sure that it was taken care of and I was satisfied. Which was appreciated. Definitely a class act.
