Responsive, reliable, efficient, honest, well spoken, bi-lingual, polite, clean and knowledgeable are a few of the words I would use to describe my experience with this company. I had previously tried to have three other companies come out and give me an estimate for what it would cost to fix my maytag refrigerator. One company never bothered to call or show up, the second was extremely inconsiderate because they wasted my entire day having been scheduled at 9 then continually rescheduling throughout the day, the third over gave me an outrageous estimate of over $800.00. When I called Superior Appliance Repair it was at the end of the day and sam (the owner) was still able to make it out and give me an estimate with only about an hour notice. While other companies were trying to tell me I needed a slew of new parts that would take hours to install, Sam quickly diagnosed that it was a simple repair that would cost under $400.00. He scheduled the repair at noon the very next day and was right on time. He finished the repair in under an hour. It was very refreshing to find someone that actually does business the right way for a change. I will most definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors, and would certainly use him again.

AMAZING PEOPLE, AMAZING SERVICE, I live in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, my basement apartment was flooded in Hurricane Sandy. After pumping out the water I saw that my washer & Dryer are among the damages in my apartment. I called Superior Appliances, after telling them that I was a Sandy victim they told me that they wont charge me only the for the new parts. The technician came down the next morning & fixed it. As they promised they didn't charge me only a minimal price.

Those guys are the best, considerate, and charitable. Thank You Superior. No words could thank you enough.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Scheduled a service call with them to do a complete check-up on my refrigerator and oven after it was flooded due to Hurricane Sandy. They came and did very little service, such as just plugging and unplugging the refrigerator and turning on and off the stove. Very, very poor service and rude technician.

Their website has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed, money back guaranteed. We called and asked for our money back and they said they would return our call. After playing phone tag for over a week they told us they would not return our money even though they acknowledge that they have a money back guarantee. This is false advertising! Don't do business with them, you're better off on your own!
