THE WORST FACIAL EVER. If you are used to getting facials done at a spa or have sensitive skin I warn you from getting a facial here. I was dooped by the free eyebrow threading with a facial for $35. I should have known it was too good to be true. They did a good job with my eyebrows but my facial was the WORST! The room they take you to is very small and they play load music, it was definitely not relaxing. The products they use seemed cheap. The most appalling thing was that they used PAPER TOWELS to apply & remove all the facial products to your face. The paper towels were so abrasive against my skin and when they were done my face was so sore, and I don’t have sensitive skin. Moreover, I had a lot of facial product in my hair, after I told her to be careful because I had just gotten my hair done. To add insult to injury, they and the nerve to charge a “credit card tax” of $4 and they did not have a sign up stating that was their policy.
