Warning: this is hipster central. Must be able to tolerate the "uber coolness", but the view is AMAZING. Huge balcony. Drinks are strong.

Hip hotel bar is a summer hotspot because of its expansive balcony with a killer skyline view. The top shelf drinks don't hurt either.
