Lake Trout

For the uninitiated, lake trout simply means fried fish served at crummy joints, at least according to any Baltimore native. Now Williamsburg is getting in the fish stick game as well. The owners of Fette Sau, St. Anselm, and Spuyten Duyvil waved their magic wands to open up Lake Trout—their ode to Bmore, the Orioles, the 70s, and fried fish sandwiches. The signature sandwich is like a Filet-o-Fish, but better and with Velveeta.
