I just want to say how much I appreciate the service we received, movers arrived on time, positive attitude, very friendly and flexible. Great job! professional, friendly, and moved FAST. Not a single piece of furniture was harmed in the process and the cost came out to what I was quoted. Prices are very reasonable

perfect on their job and they are loyal on their job.

we are very satisfied with service received. Our 2 bedroom place was complete chaos as we travel a lot for work and our crew managed to supply us with all packing supplies and wardobe boxes the same day.

The crew worked very hard through out the day taking only expected breaks since they worked extremely hard.

If I ever need movers again I will definitely call

They took great care with my things and worked so fast, the cost was under the estimate. The price was reasonable and it was within the per-scheduled time frame. They perfectly managed my move. They were friendly, on time, on budget and great with my new neighbors. they were careful,polite, and seem to take their job seriously. The crew placed everything in its proper place, arranged and re-arranged furniture and assembled furniture efficiently. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation and will certainly use them again.

They showed up early on the day of our move and did not take a break until the job was done. Everything was moved into our new home without one scratch. They were also some of the most courteous men we have ever met. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone

They showed up early, ate their breakfast in their truck (how's that for making sure you're on time!) and didn't start charging us until they started moving us. They all introduced themselves, and were just really nice guys. They even complimented us on our furniture, my man's art, and our new house. During the load-in at the house, they admitted to having broken something. From the look on the guy's face, I was worried. Turns out, it was a $2 citronella candle that I'd forgotten was still stored away inside my gas grill. They actually offered to credit us the value!! FORWARD THINKING: My apartment was up one skinny interior flight of stairs that contains a hairpin turn at the bottom. They were very smart about how to package and turn the furniture so it would fit around the bend. In one case, they realized a bookshelf I had (one I'd constructed inside the house) wouldn't fit around the turn. So they measured it, looked at the picture window in the front of my apartment, and asked if they could give it a try. It fit wonderfully, right out the window and into the truck! Now, that's some smart thinking. In the new house, we instructed them to move all of the boxes to the first floor only. We never had to repeat those instructions. In the two rooms that we filled with boxes, they stacked and sorted them in such a way that we could still walk through the rooms, and also get to every box. Nothing was buried. It was kind of amazing, because we had A LOT of boxes. One of them must have been a physics or geometry major! SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE: They treated even my crappiest furniture like it was priceless. Everything was wrapped in blankets and/or plastic. I had to stop them wrapping some things that just didn't warrant the extra attention. And they checked in with each other when carrying things, making sure that they had enough hands on the heaviest stuff. (I was actually pretty surprised at how strong these skinny kids were!) At the new house, they again planned around a skinny internal stairway with TWO sharp turns...and two 105-year-old stained glass windows. Watching them work so carefully and responsibly, I didn't even worry. BEST QUOTE OF THE MOVE: As they were carrying our unwieldy, plastic-wrapped, Queen sized Tempurpedic mattress up the stairs, one of them laughingly called out, "I can't hold it! It's conforming to my hands!" But even Swedish engineering couldn't phase these guys: they got the mattress upstairs just fine

the guys work really fast - there is no foot-dragging to run the meter. Quite the opposite, the guys are very efficient. My building required a certificate of insurance, and City Express provided one in advance of the move. In the move I got one small scratch on a piece of furniture, and the guys were apologetic and nice about it, and Granger was diligent in the follow-up to get it repaired. I will definitely use these guys again, and you should use them too!.

City Express Movers showed up right on time and the entire day was a complete breeze...at least for me! I kept looking at my mom thinking "wow, this day really isn't as stressful as I imagined it to be"! They were extremely friendly, calm and easy going which was immediately refreshing not to be spending the day with sketchy movers....I experienced that the last time I moved. Then they maneuvered my furniture up narrow stairs and lifted my heavy furniture through the air, over railings, not making any dents or scratches to get everything into my little loft apt!! They seriously made moving out on my own so easy and not stressful. Not to mention they also put together my bed as a last minute request on my end. I definitely recommend City Express Movers, they are responsive over email, thorough, hard working, chill and make your moving experience stress free!!
