Great technicians. I remember a neighbor always going on about how she had the best repair company and luckily I remembered them when my oven/stove went out on me a few weeks ago. Theyre so affordable and get the job done--no ifs ans or buts.

helpful company. idk if i've just had really bad experiences with repair companies but im always expecting the worst so when i used royal appliance it was a GREAT change! awesome technicians who work fast and are very considerate

Best I've ever used. Not that I have a hole lotta experience with appliance repair stuff...but from what I have been through R\these guys have helped me out a lot and their prices are very reasonable.

use them for a stress-free experience. it's a great thing when you find a repair company that you know you'll be using for a while. exactly what this place is. fast, cheap, and good.

Lifesavers. The weekend I was having my entire family come to my new place for dinner my oven and stove give out on me! My gf and I were freaking out cuz we had some pretty big plans for what we were going to cook and the microwave would definitely not cut it. Luckily we called royal appliance and they were able to be out to us in no time. Everything was good and my family never knew about our close call.

Busted washer. Water and foam were everywhere!!! Thank the heavens for them being able to do same-day service cuz it was quite the mess. Took them a bit to get it exactly right, but once they did it was perfect and havent had an issue with it ever since.

used them twice now. and both times have been more than exceptional service. i know what you're thinking--if they were so good why'd you need them twice? well, the first time was when my dryer gave out on me and the second was when my freezer stopped well, freezing. and both times they were on time, worked fast and didn't overcharge. so there.
