Order a black and blue burger, a Brooklyn lager, sit on the patio, and try to hate life. I dare you.
Good addition to the neighborhood!. I've been there a few times and have left thinking, damn that's a good burger. The inside is small but comfortable. It's one of the few places in the neighborhood that we eat at and it's a good thing it tastes so great! Skip the pickled veggies. They aren't pickled enough so it's like a bowl of raw vegetables. Ehh. However, duck fat anything? Grab it up!!!
Citysearch Editorial Review. Franklin Park owner Matthew Roff turned an adjoining paint-supply store--the original Dutch Boy Paints sign adorns a wall--into a bright, retro-flavored diner with an emphasis on carnivorous grub. Savor grilled seven-ounce burgers, ranging from lamb to the house special (mushrooms, cheddar, caramelized onions), as well as plump sausages on potato-onion heroes and, for the grease-averse, crisp salads. Dessert is decadent: thick milkshakes made from Blue Marble ice cream and fizzy root beer floats.
