I've never had as thorough of an experience working out before. Even more than the motivation, I got a lot of knowledge about proper posture for each movement - so as to avoid injury and get more results out of Every rep! I also got advice on nutrition, warming up, stretching, and recovery. Additionally, The encouragement from staff and regulars there is very helpful when sticking to a Paleo Diet.
