“Their patience was rewarded with a cozier space, just a few blocks away from the original, decorated with flowers and country-style curios--the perfect setting for Sarah Buck, Carolyn Bane and Erika Geldzahler's stick-to-your-ribs Southern comfort food.”
“The service was excellent and the food was even better.”

Best fried chicken!!! Crispy, juicy. YUM! Their biscuits and gravy are awesome too!

Their chicken biscuit is crazy good. Flaky buttery biscuit with a crispy chicken and covered in a spicy hot sauce. Do it!
Yes, it's pretty much what the name implies, but this Williamsburg lardcore mecca produces both on a level rarely seen in NYC. Bring several people so you can eat several pies.
very friendly staff, amazizing vibe food wasnt bad either ;). great fresh salad and chicken , hip young crowd. great palce to check out when ur out with your friends gettingwasted and nned to fill up for fuel!
nice little place!.
The staff was friendly and the food was great! It was a little small. Good thing the target crowd is couples.
I will definitely go back again..
Great food. I had a salad (lame, I know) but it was excellent. I love the vibe in the restaurant.
Really Good!!!. I love fried chicken and the chicken here is the best anywhere in Williamsburg. Come here hungry and you won't be disappointed.
Box Macaroni Cheese. We went to the restaurant friendly staff. The place is excessively tiny. So don't take more than two people. The chicken was great. The desserts look old and need to be covered properly. The macaroni I was so disappointed was too high for a small scoop of running sauce with mac. It was box. Ugh not good if you llike a bit of substance.
Good food and Good Service. Some friends and I went here Friday after work. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to hit up and get good comfort good. The service was excellent and the food was even better. I had the fried chicken and fries, which hit the spot. My friend had the fried catfish, which was uberly fabo.
Citysearch Editorial Review. The fried chicken-loving masses of Williamsburg and beyond waited two long years for this ramshackle restaurant to reopen. Their patience was rewarded with a cozier space, just a few blocks away from the original, decorated with flowers and country-style curios--the perfect setting for Sarah Buck, Carolyn Bane and Erika Geldzahler’s stick-to-your-ribs Southern comfort food. Fried chicken, among the juiciest in New York, is served along with hearty dishes like the pulled pork sandwich and the chicken biscuit (a fried chicken breast tucked between two buttery biscuits), all available with sides like mac ‘n’ cheese, collard greens and black-eyed peas. For dessert, try the--you guessed it--pie, served by the slice in flavors such as banana cream and chocolate pudding.
