Brooklyn >Cafe Argentino
what a place.... it was my birthday morning. My fiance, my brother, his wife and myself were going to have brunch...we were heading to a regular dinner when we passed Argentino Cafe. it caugh my eye because of its classic look. we walked in and i loved the place. exposed brick old signage. great seating. i loved it. the food came out and we had to begin fresh fruit with french toast. i had the eggs with steak and was delighted. we were stuffed and didn't pay much. i totally recommend it. if you want to go have a nice time with coffee or beer with friends, or for a nice romantice quiet date this is the place to go to.
Citysearch Editorial Profile. Step into Cafe Argentino and you’ll inevitably hear the sound of Spanish being spoken, both by the staff and the diners, pointing to this neighborhood spot’s authenticity. The menu is also true to the spirit of Argentina: meat, meat and more meat. Juicy steaks, spareribs and more are almost big enough for two, while other items, like the homemade chorizo and empanadas, are hearty enough to almost be meals in themselves. The space has an inviting, casual feel, with votive candles illuminating a room of white-washed exposed brick and warm wooden details, making it a great place for a date or just a night out with friends.
