Citysearch Editorial Review.
In an area devoid of bars, this cozy Bed-Stuy saloon is an offbeat oasis, with pressed-tin ceiling, mismatched vintage furniture and even a piano for tickling the ivories. Tippling, though, is the order of business at Project Parlor, which pours solid bourbons like Maker’s Mark alongside boutique spirits like absinthe from New York’s Delaware Phoenix. The beers stick to standards such as Stella Artois, Yuengling, Old Speckled Hen and good ol’ PBR, but they’re perfect potions to sip while watching a game on the wall-projected TV.
