The consummate Brooklyn gastropub, The Vanderbilt is all it's cracked up to be: supremely cool, with great cocktails, and original, exciting food.
Wonderfully relaxing experience in Brooklyn~!. I love this place. My best friend and I come by quite often and we enjoy being known by our first names. True "new" Brooklyn experience, with great staff, amazing cocktails and a beautiful place to hang out. You'll love this place!!!!
Citysearch Editorial Review. Saul Bolton, the pioneer behind the Michelin-starred Saul in Cobble Hill, has once again entered new territory with a high-end bar and restaurant on an otherwise unremarkable stretch of Vanderbilt Avenue in Prospect Heights. The long, narrow front bar area toes the line between rustic chic and Soho chic, with an open kitchen, slickly polished reclaimed wood details and a long marble bar where an array of innovative cocktails are served along with a variety of craft beers and wines by the glass. The small plates menu, created in collaboration with Num Pang’s Ben Daitz, ranges from meaty items like crispy pork belly to eggs pickled with Hyderabadi chutney.
