Eton Chan’s second branch of his eponymous Carroll Gardens dumpling shop follows the original’s formula by serving fat little pot stickers (the beef, pork and cabbage blend is the most popular) that are pan-fried and steamed to chewy-crunchy perfection. Beyond dumplings, the bright, colorful eatery with communal seating specializes in bubble teas (try the Thai coconut and jackfruit) and shaved ices. They’re crowned with a dizzying array of syrups--watermelon, tamarind, lime--and wacky toppings like Marshmallow Fluff.
