I WENT HERE FOR THE 1ST TIME TODAY FOR A HAIRCUT AND STYLE. LISA WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING WITH MY APPOINTMENT, AND EVEN SQUEEZED MY DAUGHTER IN LAST MINUTE FOR A BLOW OUT. I MUST SAY FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN TO THE TIME I LEFT, EVERYONE WAS VERY WARM AND WELCOMING... EVEN THE OWNER! I LOVE THAT MY STYLIST HAD ME SIT IN HER CHAIR TO DISCUSS WHAT I WANTED DONE BEFORE I WENT TO GET WASHED AND WHEN SHE WAS DONE, MY HAIR LOOKED AMAZING! IT’S THE LITTLE TOUCHEST THAT MAKES THIS PLACE STAND OUT. THE HANGING UP OF OUR JACKETS, OFFER OF COFFEE OR TEA, WARM TOWEL AROUND MY NECK WHEN MY HAIR WAS BEING WASHED, THE GENTLE MASSAGING SCRUB... BUT THE BEST PART IS I'M ABLE TO COME BACK IN TOMORROW FOR A TOUCH UP OF MY CURLS RIGHT BEFORE I GO TO A FAMILY EVENT!

I came to Charles Elias Salon wanting a completely new look. I had no idea what exactly I wanted, I just knew that I wanted something very different from the boring haircut I've been sporting for the past 8 years. I left the decision completely up to my stylist. WOW what a transformation!! I never thought a short haircut would work on me, but boy was I wrong. It looks amazing and she styled it so perfectly to go with my face shape. I highly recommend this saloN!
