Guys behind the counter tend toward
old-school Brooklyn, which is a plus in this rapidly-gentrifying borough. The pizza is a little thicker than other NYC slices, but it reminds me of home (Chicago).

Budget slice place that excels.
I've only had their pizza a few times ($1.25 a slice?!), but their chicken parmesan hero is a standout. The price increase from $4.99 to $6.50 in under a year is a little much, but they send out coupons in neighborhood mailboxes, so that helps. Highly recommended for heroes, meatball too!
