Oh, Canada. Our neighbor to the north rarely gets love from New York’s bar and restaurant scene, at least it didn’t, until Andrew Benedict and Scott Frederick of Brooklyn staples Buttermilk and Great Lakes opened this laid-back Williamsburg drinking den, an ode to the Ontario/Great Lakes region. Seriously, no where in Ontario or all of Canada can you buy Heinz flavored chips, they do not sell Herrs there. It's uniquely American. If that's a selling point you might at least want to try Google first.
