Bad food. Bland, sub-par food that's a little pricey. The hummus is bland and orange, the pita's are also bland, dry and the meat's overcooked, and the "fries" are little soggy discs of potato. If it cost less I could justify eating here maybe, but $10 for a a pita and fries that tasted like I made it myself isn't enough for me.
Want authentic Greek? Here is your place. Great food, very friendly service, nice place (check out the outdoorspace in the summer!)
yum. i felt like i was in santorini! the food was just delicious and the atmosphere was so inviting and enjoyable. i'm dont trek to bklyn for restaurants, but this one was worth it!
Fantastic Greek Spot in Williamsburg. My husband and I live in Manhattan but were exploring the very trendy Williamsburg last weekend. We were both hungry for Greek food and thank goodness found Santorini!! The food was DELICIOUS!! In fact, I havent been to a Greek restaurant in Manhattan that I liked better than Santorini!! We have already decided that next time we are hungry for Greek, we are going back to Williamsburg for Santorini!! The Greek salad was best ive ever had. My husband had some falafel entree and he loved it. My fish was super fresh and mouth-watering delicious!! Of course, we had some Baklava for dessert and it was also phenomenal, of course!! If you like Greek food, you definitely need to check out this place!!
A little taste of Greece without the trip to Europe.. No need for the long hike out to Astoria; Williamsburg’s Santorini offers up a traditional Greek menu (think tzatziki spreads, souvlaki platters, mousaka and baklava) in hearty portions. Chef Paula Douralas also cooks up daily specials, usually whatever fresh fish is available that particular day. The restaurant itself, with its blue-and-white color scheme, maritime bric-a-brac and paintings of the island of Santorini, has the breezy feel of a seaside spot on the Mediterranean--despite the fact that the closest body of water is the East River.
