OH... MY... GOD!. The flavors that came out the kitchen literally made me cry! The thought put into the combinations of flavors and textures were well thought out and it gave my boyfriend and I mouthgasms! ONE thing I don't like on the menu is this thing with eggplant and radishes and this fishy gross dip in a little bowl... Can't remember the name... My boyfriend didn't mind it too much, and he is generally the more picky between the 2 of us... BUT I COULD NOT STOMACH THAT DIP/PASTE. Everything else is a culinary delight!!!!!!! :O)

so disappointed. Actually bartender & host were more than friendly, but after a long wait, ordered & then an incredibly long wait for the food - we were all so disappointed! The first burger came raw, the replacement was better - but had anemic tomato slice (they should know better, or just leave off)! The Whole Pig Sunday brunch item was almost a joke - 4/5 fatty pieces of pork ( I know its suppose to have fat, but not 50%) with good scrambled eggs, but the bok choy side was so overly sauced and drifted into the eggs unfortunately. The brisket sandwich the best, but a small portion. Maybe a substitute chef today?

Unpleasant Bartender lacking hygene. Is there no way to give a bar no stars. I met my wife and her friend at this bar the other night. Ordered a Martini and, as most Martini drinkers are, was particular about how my drink should be made. The bartender was incredibly rude and pulled an attitude slamming things around the bar. This was noticed by the couple sitting next to us as well. they seemed to draw back in fear. He then goes on to make drinks by cracking ice in his bare hands. The Martini was barely drinkable. Actually salty ugh. When we left the owner met us at the door and apologized and said he was going to speak with the bartender as he saw what was going on. Well we won't be back and we won't be recommending this place to any of our friends. And by the way if the owner reads this I would take a look at the hygiene of your bartenders. Not only disgusting but illegal.

BBQ infestation crosses the bridge. Yes, many a BBQ place has opened here in New York in the past few years. This place not only puts an Asian spin on their sides, completely bypassing the traditional sides of yummy starch we are all so accustomed to.

Bonus: They. Have. Smokers!

They have a patio out under the Willamsburg Bridge that will play host to these wonders of meat preparation.

If for some unknown reason you have not had smoked meats... GET THERE.

I ordered the chicken, to say it was amazing seriously does not begin to describe it.

It's preparation, stellar. Insanely juicy. Smokily delectable. Succulent. So very very good.

Don't forget the delish cocktail convections. Take a cue (sorry) from their menu, you will not be disappointed.

smoky delicious. i went to fatty cue last night and watched as they were pulling a whole smoked pig out of their smoker. the bartender made me a somewhat spicy and acidic cocktail with rum and told me how this whole smoked pig deal is a regular occurrence at fatty cue. i had no idea how long they had been open and i guess it's only 3-4 weeks, but wow! i ate ribs, 3 huge tender ribs dripping with a smoky sauce and then a brisket that changed my impression of brisket altogether. I have been to fette sau in the hood and other bbq joints in town, and I have never had the lean part of the brisket cooked to such tenderness. Usually all you want is the fatty part of the brisket but at fatty cue you can eat both with equal enjoyment. The waitstaff was so friendly, the owner was there on sunday running between the kitchen and playing with his son (who was face deep in some ribs too). This is the way Brooklyn should be, intimate, great food, great prices (people must be high when they mention that the food is overpriced) and great people having fun. It's addictive!
