These people show up late, overcharge you for boxes you didn't use. Once they get your things on the truck...they hold them hostage for THOUSANDS of dollars more that the binding contracted amount!! They add weight and inches to the loads. We caught them by demanding a reweigh we could witness and theu overcharged us for 1,000 pounds!! They wre soo sorry sounding but they just pushed us off and pushed us off until guess what... they stopped returning calls and NEVER refinded the money for the DISHONEST AND CRIMINAL weight addage not to mention the thousands of dollars they bilked us for by threatneing to sell our things!! Go to PROTECTYOURMOVE.GOV to view thier shameful record and left a complaint they have done this to you!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
