Disappointing

I had to watch over every aspect of the project in order for it to be reasonably acceptable. The job involved installation of heavy shelving and renovation of closets. The shelving they installed had to have additional supports added because it was not strong enough. The contractor didn't think through the project properly and made many changes on the fly. My wishes were often ignored. Particular aspects that were of interest to me were handled sloppily. The project was fairly expensive, for what it was. Closet door fell off after one week. They refused to work on side project even though it was always intended to be part of the same job.
