Horrible in every way.
Have been trouble since the day I leased my car from them. Service is horrible. They constantly try to overcharge when they know it's covered by insurance.
It got so bad that at one point I had to go to Ray Catena in NJ just to get my car repaired under warranty when Sovereign wanted to charge me $550. Ray Catena did it for free within 2 hours.
Stay away from this place. They don't deserve your business.
