I am going to keep it short and real. STAY AWAY!!!!! Don't even consider. They won't have what's advertised. Bottom line
We purchased our last vehicle from here and I will continue to do business with them moving forward. Mustafa is my car sales person of choice. He treated us great and we enjoyed working with him!!! I love my car!
This car lot is such a rip off.....the cars they sale DO NOT PASS INSPECTION....we bought a car in 2011 and took it to be inspected in 2012, it would not pass. took it back to the lot and somehow they managed to pass this within 5 min. So beware of their inspections......
Thanks for the tips, I won't even call. If it looks too good to be true, it always is.
worst dealership ever we have had our car from there since aug of 2012 they did not register the car until this month supposedly i still have to make sure its in the registration process they did not give us a car fax didnt tell us how many miles it had nothing dont waste ur time in going there ever worst mistake we ever made
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I wished I'd read the reviews on this company. I wouldn't have travelled 300 miles from my location to the Lindens used car dealership in Brooklyn, NY. I wouldn't have wasted my time and money.
Prior to my traveling down, I saw 2 vehicles that I was interested in on their web-site via the Auto trader. I called Linden, a lady answered and furnished me with all the info about the 2 cars. She put me on hold couple of times to confirm certain info from the Boss as she puts it before relaying the info to me.
To sum it up. " The price listed on the car is the finance price, and if I want to pay outright that I'll have to add 30% more to the listed price. I agreed and I set out with enough money to buy the cars outright.
When I got there, the whole story changed. They said the car that I was interested in has a bad engine. Since when? I asked. Since the car was brought into their lot he'd answered. No one told me this when I called a day before.
When I asked about the 2nd car, the new price quoted was $7,000.00 more than the price they've agreed to on the phone. When I questioned the Boss about the info relayed to me on the phone. He said the lady that I spoke to was a Receptionist and not a Sales person that she doesn't know anything about sales.
So why are you allowing her to handle Customers' questions regarding purchases? No wonder they told me to just come on down to their lot. It's all "bait and switch" tactics.
Nevertheless, I was then offered to look at other vehicles that they have. I simply told them not to worry. I entered my vehicle and drove 300 miles back home.
Lesson learnt here. Always check reviews on companies before making deals.
Looking around the lot, they do have good looking automobiles. But who buys from this company is the question that I'm still struggling to answer.
I will not buy from them now and in the future. And I wouldn't recommend any one to buy from them. You have to be at ALERT and extra careful if you have no option but to buy from them.
This is my 1st time ever to write a review. I took my time out of my busy schedule to write this review in order to prevent others from making the same mistake that I made.
And all the positive reviews above on this company is part of their schemes. They are not "legit". So, "STAY AWAY" from Linden used Auto, Brooklyn, NY.
Hustlers is a compliment to this place. They want you to have a credit score of 780. That is so high up it is incredible. I gaurantee no bank or legit finance institution will expect anything near that high. Average credit score in America is 645. Over 700 is considered excellent. The highest possible FICO score is 850. You can imagine my suprise when a salesman said he had people with scores of 875 come in. The price you see, is nowhere near the price of the vehicle. The usual come on is that the price they list is the amount you need to finance, you need to add approximately $3,000 to get the real cost. Not at Linden, I asked about a car listed at $7,700, I was expecting another $3,000 added, what a suprise! The car was over $16,000. All those good comments? Are you kidding? Written by the same person that probably works there and has not learned how to use spell check. Stay away. Ripoff. Check the Better Business Bureau site, you should anyway for anyplace you plan to shop at. Seriously, go there if you want to but, hold on to your wallet or bag.
Well well this place is full of bull----. The interest rate is ridiculous! I called from home about a Nissan Altima got to the lot they said they sold it. The prices on the Internet are your down payment not the price of the car. They are hesitate about giving you the price of the cars. When you go to the lot the nicer cars are in the front and the older cars with problems are in the back of the lot. If you are not strong minded they will try and lure you in a vehicle that you don't want. You have to be firm!. They are big liers and all of them work together. I bought a vehicle from them and before reaching home it had transmission problems and other mechinical problems. They give you 30 days. After that you on your own. They are Arabs and greedy for money. Biggest scam people I ever met! Go somewhere else where the people will be honest.
funny how the 4 or 5 positive reviews were all done in same writing style. (no caps at all, all short, person last initial.) and the same day too!!! Amazing!
Place is a creep hole. Go and get ripped off.
I advise anyone who intends to do Business with this company to DESIST. they are a horrible company with no values.
They LIE and post pictures of cars that they d not have in inventory just to lure you , and when you get there they will tell you they " just sold it"
The prices that are posted are not even CLOSE to the real prices of the car , but they will never tell you that
I travelled there from Baltimore ( a 3hr bus ride) , despite calling them EVERYDAY to assure me that the car i wanted was available. They said yes , i should come with cash ( first red flag) , i got there and the person i was talking to on the phone was nowhere to be seen. The sales person said they did not have the car i travelled 31/2 hours for , despite calling them an hour before and they said it was there.
The salesman tried to sell me a car that WASNT WORKING. he claimed it was out of gas and i should wait for someone to buy gas. I went into the car and inspected closely and there WAS gas, it just wouldnt start.
This dealership is a FRAUD. i am 100% convinced that positive reviews may be posted by their employees. I intend to report them to the right authorities.
Please save your money. i assure you you will regret doing business with them
