Stay AWAY!!!. We have been going to H&R block for the past 3 years only because it was convenient and we didn't know any better. Well this year I finally took a friend's advice and checked out her accountant who is an all year round accountant not just a few months out of the year like H&R. Not only did he charge less than H&R block, he was so much more knowledgable and informative. It was truly a night and day experience. There are no extra charges for anything, it is all straight forward. We were not getting what we were due wuth H&R, they were not telling us about certain things that would have saved us money probably because they themselves were unaware. All I can say I wasted 3 years and lost money by being stubborn and lazy and not taking my friend's advice, don't be played like I was by H&R Block!!!
