Mediocre

I have walked by this place many times but have never seen a lot of people. Tonight I thought I'd give it a try. Problem one: There were three servers in an empty venue and I had to waive the servers down to place our orders. Two: The wait staff speak very little English and our orders were all wrong. Three: Cheap Sake selection. Hot or cold that's it. Tasted Blah. Four: Sushi very mediocre. They won't stay in business very long.

Sushi Lovers Spot!

Shinju was very good, I am impressed. The sushi was fresh, their menu had a variety of choices, and the service was very good. Will definitely return to this spot in The Slope. They deliver too which was nice. Very pleased with Shinju, a Sushi Lovers Spot!

I don't recommend this place to anybody. Bad service, not fresh food and not polite waitress. They look at you like you're crazy when you get there. Also worst sushi plus they don't understand what is said to them. Simply skip this place. They will close soon if they behave like that.
