2 Words. STAY AWAY!. I had the EyeTight procedure by Dr. Avellini at the NJ spa location. It is advertised that it will eliminate bags and dark circles. Their ads say minimal bruising and downtime. I had severe black eyes, and after 6 weeks, it was clear that the procedure did not work. Avellini took photos at every visit to document progress.

At about week 8 he gave me a prescription for steroids, and then gave me a cortisone shot, with little success. I complained that both eyes were not what I expected, but he kept insisting that the right eye was 'perfect.'



He agreed that the left eye had not improved and RE-did the procedure on the left eye! I had another black eye. He told me I had scar tissue from the first procedure. He recommended another cortisone shot!

I still have a bag, scar tissue and pain. I have left multiple messages for the owner of the NJ location with the receptionist, as well as Dr. Avellini and the receptionist at the Brooklys spa. I have had NO response.
